Accelerating Team Leadership

Have you ever worked for a truly great leader?  The reality is that most of us probably have a lot more experience with mediocre leaders than great leaders.  In this training module, we focus on what it takes to be a great leader, which also highlights why so much of our experience is with mediocre leaders.  This module is excellent for upcoming leaders in the organization as well as seasoned leaders that have let the daily pressure derail them from a leadership mindset to a management mindset.

Lesson Three – Communication Skills for Leaders

In Lesson Three, we pay particular attention to good listening skills.  It is so important for good leaders to really hear what their people are saying so that appropriate actions can be taken for positive change.  We also evaluate effective means for constructive conflict resolution and mediation.

Lesson Four – Leading People

Good leaders know they cannot and should not being doing it all, so in Lesson Four, we focus on creating a motivational environment that is ripe for delegation to employees that want to learn, grow and do more in the organization.

Lesson Five – Managing Change

Change is part of our every day lives be it at home or the office.  Lesson Five zeroes in on understanding, managing, and implementing change for positive growth.  Here we also evaluate the best way to communicate and work with employees to ensure they not only understand but have buy in to the change.

Lesson Six – Becoming a Leader
